At East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH), we support children and young people with life‑threatening conditions, and their families, to receive care where and when they need it.
We are strengthening how we work with communities to ensure more families can access support earlier, feel connected, and receive care in a way that reflects their individual needs.
We are looking for a Community Connector to help build meaningful relationships across our communities, improve access to our services, and support inclusive, community‑based approaches to care.
About the role
This is an opportunity to play a key role in developing connections between EACH and the communities we serve.

You will also work closely with colleagues across care, volunteering and fundraising teams to ensure a joined‑up and coordinated approach.

Our family-centred approach includes specialist nursing care, symptom management nursing, short breaks, wellbeing activities, therapies, care at end of life, bereavement support, counselling and volunteer services in the family home; all meeting the individual needs of the child, young person and whole family.
