Fundraiser - Individual Giving and Legacies

Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 FTE per annum (pro rata for part time hours)

Hours: Full or Part time considered

Working pattern: Minimum 30 hours per week over 4 days, with opportunity for hybrid working

East Anglia Children’s Hospices (EACH) is looking for a compassionate and analytical Individual Giving and Legacy Officer to join our Fundraising Directorate.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and rewarding fundraising team. You will deliver exceptional supporter experience, analyse fundraising data, and while making a meaningful impact in the lives of children, young people, and families across East Anglia.

Do you have:

  • Experience managing supporter or customer communications?
  • Experience working with databases, including data entry, analysis and reporting?
  • Highly effective written and verbal communicator?

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing excellent customer service for individual giving and legacy supporters including: handling telephone enquiries, responding to emails, updating or database and ensuring all queries are answered promptly and professionally.
  • Drafting supporter communications in an appreciative and thoughtful manner.
  • Supporting the Individual Giving Manager in developing and delivering fundraising appeals
