Caretaker

Salary: £23,000 pro rata, per annum
Location: The Treehouse Hospice - IP3 8NS
Hours: 30hrs per week, worked as 4 days per week

Is this the right role for you?

  • You are a thorough, practical and organised person who is able to work with minimal supervision.
  • You have a strong understanding of construction and repair with competencies in carpentry, plumbing and electrical repairs.

 

The Role

  • As a caretaker at EACH, you’ll be committed to providing a high standard of interior and exterior maintenance at the hospice. Working with our Facilities Site Manager you will also be responsible for ensuring essential health and safety tasks are carried out.

Our people are central to our success. We have a talented workforce of staff and volunteers in Care, Fundraising, Retail, Facilities, IT, Finance, Marketing & Communications and Human Resources.

We employ around 400 employees and have more than 1,800 volunteers across the organisation, including 49 shops and a Retail Distribution Centre.
